1. GENERAL
These terms and conditions apply to orders and deliveries from SKY BEAUTY SHOP. They enter into force when the customer has accepted these delivery terms and conditions. The supplier sends a confirmation to the email address specified by the customer.
We reserve the right to typing errors on the website and products being out of stock.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. We shall provide information on such changes on our website.
2. PAYMENT
Paytrail Plc cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions to implement SKY BEAUTY SHOP’s payment forwarding service and provides its payment processing service. Paytrail Plc is shown as the payment beneficiary on the bank statement or payment card bill, and it forwards the payment to the seller. Paytrail Plc is a licensed payment institution. In the event of complaints, we ask that you to first contact the supplier of the product.

3. DELIVERY
Posti is responsible for deliveries from SKY BEAUTY SHOP. Orders can also be picked up at our shop at the Sky Beauty Day Spa in Hakaniemi, Helsinki, Finland. The customer can choose the delivery destination in the shopping cart in the online shop.
The estimated delivery time, according to Posti, is 3–5 business days. Orders are typically sent within a day on weekdays and on the day after weekends/mid-week holidays. If there is an exceptional delayin the delivery of the product and you have not been contacted about the delay, please contact SKY BEAUTY SHOP customer service to resolve the issue.
4. UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If Sky Beauty receives a delivery after an attempt to deliver it to the wrong address, or a delivery has not been picked up, the customer shall pay the postage for reshipping the order.
5. PRICE INFORMATION
All prices in the online shop are shown in euros on the pages in Finnish or English and in Swedish krona on the pages in Swedish. The prices shown on the website include value added tax. Sky Beauty reserves the right to change prices due to price changes, errors in the price list or other pricing mistakes.
6. CAMPAIGNS
Discount codes cannot be combined with existing campaigns or orders, unless stated otherwise.
7. CANCELLATIONS, THE RIGHT OF RETURN AND COMPLAINTS
The operation of Sky Beauty’s online shop complies with the guidelines of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
In issues related to complaints, returns and cancellations, please contact customer service by email (info@skybeauty.fi) within a reasonable time.
Under Finnish law, customers have the right to return online purchases within 14 days; the right of return starts from the date of delivery of the product to the customer. Sky Beauty is responsible for the postage costs for product returns. The recipient of the delivery must check that the delivery and the products it contains are undamaged when signing for the delivery.
If the order has not yet been dispatched to the customer, the customer can cancel the order by contacting customer service. If the order has already been dispatched to the customer, Sky Beauty’s return policy is followed.
7.1 Exception to the right of return
Only undamaged, unopened and unused products can be returned. Sky Beauty has the right to withhold a reasonable portion of the price of the returned product or refuse to receive the product if the returned product does not meet these conditions.
The portion withheld from the price of the product is calculated on a case-by-case basis. An approved refund or price of a cancelled order is paid to the customer within 30 days.
7.2. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted via email. A complaint concerning a defective product must be submitted within a reasonable time of discovering the defect.
Typically, processing a complaint takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the situation.
Following an approved complaint, and in the event of a monetary refund, the consumer receives compensation within 30 days. A replacement product for a defective one is delivered to the customer within a reasonable time or after the customer has returned the defective product to Sky Beauty.
7.3. Damage
If the customer receives a delivery that has been opened or damaged, the customer must notify the order pickup point immediately; a report on the incident can be filled in at the pickup point.
